💣 Deleting your Account

We're sorry to see you go!
You can delete your account yourself through your settings, OR send a request!

We do not store your data after deletion. Deletion of your account is permanent and irreversible.

If you are looking to just rebrand your account, we strongly recommend requesting a username change instead.

Deleting your account yourself


Click on your account name in the bottom right to navigate to Settings.


The option to delete your account will be the LAST on on the Settings sidebar.


Sending in a request for account deletion


If you'd like us to delete your account for you, please reach out to us via support@inkblot.art or our helpdesk (Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right of your window!)
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
State that you are sending in a request to delete your account.
Provide your account username, account email, and your date of birth listed for your account.
An agent will help with your request within a few days!

How quickly is my Inkblot data removed upon deletion?



Immediately.
We do not store your data after a request for deletion. It is required by regulation for us to delete every trace of it. We do not want your data.
Any issues or delay are NOT intentional and we are required by regulation to delete any data if you notice an issue in this process. Please notify us through email (support@inkblot.art) immediately. We will remedy and/fix this as soon as possible.
